The Help App at https://thehelpapp.in stores the details needed to run a free help community. Help between people does not involve payment on this platform.

An account can include a profile name, short bio, profession, and the kinds of help you offer.

A phone number is stored so the account can be verified. An address and a precise location are stored privately for verification and for nearby help. They are not shown as raw coordinates.

A government ID is optional. Only the last 4 characters are stored. The rest is discarded before it is saved.

Private help chats and the messages in them are stored for the people in that help. Stories you share are stored, and a new story stays pending until a super admin approves it.
